Cancellation policy: cancellations need to be received before the product has been sent out, as soon as the product has been dispatched by ourselves customers will no longer be able to cancel. As long as a cancellation is received before dispatch a full refund will be issued.
Withdrawal from the contract: the customer may, in accordance with Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act, within 14 days of receipt of the goods, inform the provider in writing to withdraw from the contract or orders for no specific reason. A notice of withdrawal can be submitted by the buyer to email@example.com as an unequivocal statement from which it is clear that withdrawal is intended.
Returned products must be unopened, unused, undamaged, with no change in quantity, and in their original packaging. It is mandatory to attach a receipt, personal information and bank account information, if the customer wishes to receive a refund in his bank account.
The customer must return the goods to the company within 14 days of written communication to the address indicated by Pia Rose Ltd.
Shipping costs of the returned goods are covered by the customer. The provider will refund the customer for returned goods within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract in accordance with Article 43d of the Consumer Protection Act.
The provider may withhold the refund of payment in case the returned products do not arrive, unless the customer provides proof that goods were in fact sent to the provider.
Order refusal: Pia Rose Beauty reserves the right to refuse any order.
